Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that occur with proper use. Damages resulting from improper handling, normal wear and tear, or external influences are excluded from the warranty.

The processing time depends on the specific request. You will usually receive feedback with further information on the process and duration within a few business days.

In many cases, repairs are possible even outside of the warranty period. We will assess on an individual basis whether and to what extent this is feasible, upon request.

Delivery times after receipt of the order are usually 3–5 working days within Austria and generally 4–6 working days within the EU.
There may be deviations on Sundays and public holidays.

Returns are possible within the 14-day return period. Excluded are customized items made to customer request (see further details in our cancellation policy).
Returns are at the buyer's expense and are not covered by MindWear GmbH.
